Holiday rentals with beach access in Balıkesir

First and foremost, thank you for hosting us in your place which is beautiful, clean, and peaceful. I love the house, it is brand new, they have everything and the home has a sea view which was a big plus for us. The location of the sea is not that close, it is around 15 15-minute walk. However, the best thing during the trip was meeting amazing people, so we left a 5-star review because Kemal Bey is an amazing person, we had a very early check-in at 7 a.m. and he drove to the Feribot entrance. He helped us and instructed us where the beach was etc. Thank you once more, overall, we will come here again!

Spacious large clean apartment in a quiet and cozy neighborhood. Near the sea and the beach , a market and many cafes. The hostess was very nice and friendly. We would love to stay for more days. We will come back for the next time. Thank you for everything!

Everything was as advertised. Mr. Ali and Ms. Rukiye welcomed us very well. They took care of everything. There was nothing missing in the room, it smelled spotless. I searched for the shortcomings previously mentioned in a review, but there was none. The pension is central but away from the noise of the tourist crowds. Every need is a few steps away. The sea is close and clean. I especially thank Ms. Rukiye for making me feel at home for a week. It will be the first address we will prefer when visiting Erdek again.

Ms. Sezin was tolerant, flexible, friendly and caring. Most details have been considered for comfort. The house is a convenient, cozy house with a 1+1 home status. We only had a little uneasiness in terms of cleanliness and hygiene, but it was solvable. It is a very calm, peaceful place, and it can be preferred if you have a short holiday. Transportation to the beach and grocery stores is quite easy. Air conditioning is perfectly sufficient.

I really don't know where to start, but I can say that it's clearly and by far my best and most comfortable Airbnb experience ever. In addition to being a good host, Ms. Belgin and Mr. Emin are great and beautiful people with all their sincerity. In fact, I can summarize that we are more glad to have met them than staying in a house like this and having a vacation. Due to another last-minute canceled reservation, we were homeless while we were on our way to Cunda, and even though our arrival time was 02:00 at night, they even met us with a smiling and informative house tour with Mr. Emin at that time. You can really feel at home rather than a normal vacation home or a hotel room. Very clean, spacious, overly peaceful and with everything you need. It's also incredible comfort that it's really 50 meters from the sea. Thank you forever for everything, see you again.

Staying at Zeus Mansion was definitely one of the best decisions we've made. We never wanted to leave when the nature of Yesilyurt Bay was combined with the perfect details of the house. The items in the house were all new and clean. The electrical appliances in the house were also of great quality. It was an amazing experience.. Every detail of the house gives great moments from top to bottom. Especially the courtyard located in the middle area. From now on, it will be my first choice on my Ayvalik route. In terms of location, you find yourself in the center of the city, on the beautiful streets of Ayvalık as soon as you leave the door. There are paid parking lots around. Since the streets are narrow, you can't go directly to the house, but you can safely leave your car within 2-3 minutes walking distance. And Ms. Kübra, the architect of this work, is very sincere and able to provide a solution by responding to all your needs instantly. She's terribly energetic. Definitely a must-see home
