The location of the house was within driving distance to the Dikili center. If you just want to go to the sea and have a quiet and peaceful holiday, it is in a convenient location. A very clean 3-story house in the compound. There is all the necessary stuff for cooking at home. Every room comes with air conditioning. The garden is beautiful, but if you want to sit in the open area, there are only plastic tables and chairs in a small area. Apart from that, there is an area like a winter garden, there are mosquito nets everywhere and you can sit comfortably without being exposed to flies. The compound has its own beach and sun loungers. There is also a shower and dressing cabin. When he went on vacation, he also said where to swim in the sea and give money to the beach. We drove to the sea and had a small child. But those who like to walk can walk. It is 2-3 km away from the mini markets. The sea is beautiful, the environment is beautiful. If we go again, we'll stay in the same place again.

We were very satisfied with Ms. Eda's quick replies and hostess. She didn't know anything about her, but even though it was the morning of the holiday, she took care of the negativity right away. We had a great stay at this place. It was beautiful, nice and very clean. Yusuf was extremely helpful and made sure everything went smoothly. Just a heads-up the location can be a bit tricky to reach since it is deep in the mountains. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Mr. Hüseyin and Mr. Ramazan took very good care of me and my family. We felt like we were in our own home. They brought all the supplies and household items we wanted. We preferred this area for our visit to Gallipoli with my 7-year-old son, both close and away from the crowds. We had a peaceful holiday experience surrounded by nature. The garden was both comfortable and quite clean. First of all, thank you to the hosts for their hospitality, we had a very pleasant holiday. We had a 3-day stay for 4 people as a family. The place we stayed is located on the lower side of a 2-story stone house and the hosts live on the top. The place we stayed is exactly as it appears in the photos. The garden and pool were very well-maintained, both were fully available for guests. The kitchen utensils were enough for us. The linens and pillow cases were very clean, we didn't even use what we brought. The house is about 15-20 minutes drive to Ayvalık and 5 minutes to Gömeç. Ideal if you want to relax very quietly. Other than these, you need to bring extra drinking water when you come to the house, because the tap water is calcareous, so we couldn't use it for tea and coffee. It can be an ideal holiday for a double holiday or for families with children. We would like to thank the hosts Ms. Emel and Mr. Ertan, who responded quickly to all our requests and questions

I had hesitations when I left, it was a city I went to for the first time, but I went well, the hosts , the house and communication were good . The house was quite enough for 4 people, it was a quiet and cool house, it was never overwhelmed in the evenings. 2.5 km to the sea, but there was no problem when there was a vehicle, it is exactly the resort town in the center of the sea during the day. We ate tomato cucumbers and plums from the garden. It was very nice, we even watched the fish, the water was clean:) It was a nice holiday, we will be there again next year

It was a perfect Airbnb experience. Everything is thoughtfully thought out. Ms. Irem showed her hospitality from the first to the end with her tremendously good communication. Not a single negative sentence can be made for the house. We had a full 4 days thanks to the perfect location where you can reach everywhere on foot in the center of Ayvalık. If you are between two or three houses, I would say choose this place directly with peace of mind.
