Welcome to our newly built guest house "Ladan." A home in a quiet, rural setting just east of Uppsala. With us, you live 13 km from Uppsala C and 7 km from the E4, which takes you further towards Arlanda or Stockholm. 1000 meters from the accommodation, a bus goes directly to Uppsala C and during some summer days, you can take a steam train to the city with the museum railway Lennakatten. The guest house is located on the outskirts of Gunsta community, close to nature. In the area, there is the nice Stiernhielms Krog & Livs, where you can eat well or shop a little.

Cottage on charming farm with sheep

The cottage is located on a charming small farm with sheep surrounded by fields. It is a well-planned cottage with an open layout. There are two beds in a bunk bed and two beds in a sturdy sofa bed. Firing in the fireplace offers a nice atmosphere. The kitchen area is well equipped with utensils such as stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker and fridge. The bathroom also has a washing machine. Patio with outdoor furniture is available during the warmer part of the year. Parking near the cottage. There are 16 sheep grazing here now.

Here you live in a newly built house of 95 sqm with room for 5 people just a stone's throw from Fyrisån and beautiful Ulva Kvarn. The house offers an undisturbed location where you can relax but still have proximity to Uppsala and its beautiful surroundings, Arlanda airport and Stockholm. Relax on the well-stocked terrace at the back of the house while hearing the noise of the waterfall at a distance.

Small cozy guest house on a leafy plot. 400 meters from the cottage is Lake Mälaren. Here you can swim at a jetty or small beach in the summer and ice skate in the winter. Close to a beautiful nature reserve with barbecue areas and nice forest. The cottage has a room and bathroom. It has a small, but fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. There is a bed (140 cm) as well as a folding guest bed (70 cm). In the bathroom, there is a washing machine, shower and toilet. Sheets and towels included.

Gamla Uppsala is 4 km north of Uppsala city, nice, quiet and very close to the nature. The highway E4 is close and you can go by bus, bike or walk to city, it’s 100m to the busstop.

The apartment is 120 sqm (1290sqf). Two bedrooms and one big living room which includes the kitchen. There are two apartments in the house. This apartment is on the bottom floor. Both are used as AirBnB apartments. Seperate entrances. Both have their own kitchen with everything necessary like coffee machine, waterboiler, fridge and dishwasher. Bathroom with shower and toilet.
