Serviced apartment holiday rentals in Balkans

My friends and I stayed at the Apartments for 5 nights, using it as a base to explore Paros and Naxos. The Apartments were clean and spacious. Good facilities. We were given a welcome pack with nearby restaurants and things to do. The host was friendly and offered free transport from the Port to the Apartments. Free beer and wine were provided upon our arrival. The Apartments were ideally situated, 15mins from the Port and the main town of Parikia. This was useful as we got a lot of ferries and buses. My friends and I would recommend this place!

We loved this place! The host was so friendly and kind. The area is extremely walkable with beaches, restaurants and stores nearby. The pool was very clean and nice and they provide pool towels:) Would recommend 100%

Impeccable accommodation, equipped for cooking. The room is located near the lively neighborhoods, but you're totally spared from noise. Many shops are nearby. Nothing else to say.

Andreas was super nice, the room great with beautiful views. The hotel is very family-friendly, but also super suitable for groups of friends. Delicious food and proximity to supermarkets for self-catering are easily accessible on foot or Lidl by car.

Me and my fiancé had the best nights stay here. Beautiful new clean apartment with the most comfiest beds. Not too close to Malia main strip so quiet but only a 5 minute walk if you wish for a night out and a supermarket just round the corner. Relaxing pool and bar with lovely friendly staff. Very welcoming hoteliers. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay at. Lovely shower and suits self catering needs. Book and you won't be disappointed Thank you Melissa Apartments. Aggeliki’s air BnB was everything we wanted for a 5 day stay in Chania. It was close to the port if you chose to walk. Great local eateries in the on your doorstep. Some great dishes at the local kafenion as well as the ability to watch football/ soccer games with the locals. The apartment was very tidy and free of clutter. A very modern apartment with all the necessities. Parking on site which is rare in Chania. Aggeliki was an amazing host, and went out of her way to help me find a doctor and pharmacy when my son got ill. Simply awesome 🙌

The apartment had an amazing view with a great little balcony that you could see the water from. It was perfectly placed in the city, and the decoration was very elegant. It was easy to use, and everything was in perfect shape. Overall, it was incredibly stylish and we met the owner and she was wonderful. There is also a terrace on the roof that everyone has access to that has an even better view and would be great to sit out on and watch the sun go down.

We absolutely loved our stay at Dahlia, we had quite a lot of questions as we had several in our party and they were arriving and departing at different times and every question was answered promptly and with all the info we required. The apartment itself was beautiful and the pool area was just what we needed after a day of exploring. It was a 10 min walk to beach and the little town which was pleasant. Would definitely recommend and come again

Everything was perfect from the beginning to the end of the stay, and at the end of the stay, we had our stay in a different apartment a little longer, which was just as perfect. We have stayed in this area a lot in the last few months, almost many were negative or average. But this apartment and this business layout is absolutely perfect, an apartment and business we know that we can stay in again and again and feel at home✨✨ in all of their apartments, perfect hosting and perfect home

It was our 10th time in Opatija and 2nd time in Plaza Apartments. Everything was perfect, the arrival was very flexible, the apartment is spotless and cozy, very comfortable. It has everything you need. But the main thing is the location, which is just fabulous. We will definitely come back. Thank you for another great stay!

The place matches the description and photos. The internet is a bit weak in the bedroom, but otherwise, everything is great.

Perfectly comfortable and clean. We stayed in the rooms of 4* and above hotels. Especially the kitchen and bathroom were gorgeous. It was very clean, tidy and convenient. The fact that it had a free and comfortable parking lot was very nice for us.

Overall, this accommodation was a good experience. If location matters to you, it is located in the centralized downtown area. The host is a kind and helpful person who is available for any help that you may need. Due to Albania still growing its infrastructure, the water pressure comes and goes. The internet download speed is decent, just not the upload speed if you need to for work. Overall, if you're comfortable with these items, I would highly recommend this accommodation.

I had an amazing stay that unfortunatly only lasted 3 months. The staff is very helpful and friendly on the resort. The restaurant at the resort was very good and well priced. The internet was very fast and stable. Would recommend for sure!

It was very cosy and clean apertment. It is 10 min walk to Gondola.Two balconies have lovely views. Only thing I wish the information about sauna and pool was much clearer. Pool is very small. It is good for kids. Sauna, pool are not free and only open between 5pm-7pm which same because by the time you finish skii g and had a drink, there is not much time left really.

I had a great stay in, a cozy new apartment. Close to the gondola. Olga was communicative and helped when needed.

It was a lovely mountain getaway. Very clean and nice place to stay. All requests are answered friendly and prompt by the hosts. Thank you very much! Note: The apartment is 5 minutes by car, not walkable, difficult road. Wish: more storage for things, add at least one dresser. The place is wonderful! And you will be surprised by the magical sea! We recommend and will be back!
