A uniquely perfect beachfront location! Just a 10 minute walk to town and right on the golf course, you will be spoilt for things to do. Exceptional sea views from every room! Several outdoor seating areas and decks to enjoy the unique location with the added bonus of a fire pit. Large kitchen and dining room, 2 separate lounges with fireplaces and a large sunroom to enjoy the view even on the not so sunny days. Plenty of room to all be together or to spread out and enjoy some quiet time alone.

Located a 4minute drive to Ballycastle town. The open plan kitchen, dining and living space lead out through sliding French doors to a private deck, offering breath-taking sea views including Rathlin, Fairhead and Scotland and stunning rural views towards Knocklayde mountain. There are two bedrooms, both with double beds. Kitchen is fully fitted, bathroom has electric shower. Free parking. Free WiFi. The property is located off the main road on our private equestrian property. No pets sorry.

There are a wealth of oldie-worldy furnishings including exposed beams, a feature fireplace and a woodburner. The cottage is ideally situated for families and friends wishing to explore the Causeway Coast. 4 star NI Tourist Board Approved and Certificate of Excellence. We now have a small outdoor games room.

Trench Farm Cottage. Unique. Quaint. Quiet!
"The Cottage" is situated on my farm. It is very quiet and away from the main road. It is south facing with its own garden area. Looking out the living room window is the garden area , green fields, woodland and a unique view of Knocklayde, the large hill overlooking Ballycastle. The building consists of a small kitchen with fridge, washing machine, gas cooker and sink. There is a door off the kitchen to the outside patio. The living room has a woodburning stove and leads on to 2 bedrooms.

Ivy Cottage, Ballycastle
Ivy Cottage is ideally situated, just 200m away from Ballycastle seafront and a short walk to all the local shops, restaurants and bars. Ballycastle is a perfect location for family holidays, nestled between the nine Glens of Antrim, Carrick-a-rede Rope Bridge and the Giants’ Causeway. Rathlin Island is a short boat trip away and there are ample opportunities for days out exploring Fair Head or Murlough Bay, getting the perfect photo at the dark hedges or enjoying golf, tennis or a swim.

Two minute walk to local forest which is ideal for walking and championship mountain biking. It is a fantastic getaway in the winter also.

Ballycastle is a beautiful seaside town on the north coast with a beautiful sandy beach and fabulous walks. Great for tennis, walking, golf, cycling & Game of Throne enthusiasts

It has a stunning location, with breathtaking views out over the sea to Fair Head, Rathlin Island, Kenbane and the Scottish coast. The new conservatory, is an additional feature for guests to enjoy the magnificent views. The cottage accommodates four and has an open fire and oil fired central heating.

The Giant’s Causeway, Carrick-a-rede Rope Bridge and Bushmills Distillery are all within a 30min drive.
