Cosy 2 bedroom Coach House

The Coach House was built circa 1900 and consisted of a stable, housing for a coach and a hay loft above. After a variety of different uses over the years, we made the decision to extend and renovate the original buildings to create a two bedroomed dwelling. Situated at the foot of Cave Hill Country Park and Belfast Castle with its beautiful walks and stunning views over the city and Belfast Lough. Only 10 minutes from Belfast City Centre with great transport links on your doorstep. George Best City Airport is only a 10-minute drive and 20 minutes from Belfast International Airport. The property is adjacent to Fortwilliam golf club and Belfast Zoo is only a 5-minute drive away. The roads to the North coast are easily accessible from the location. THE SPACE Detached Self-contained Coach House with large open plan kitchen and living area. This opens out to a large patio area via bi-fold doors with a gas fire pit to enjoy those chilly evenings. The living room is equipped with two settees, comfortable armchair, coffee table and a gas stove which creates a warm and cosy atmosphere. For your entertainment there is a smart TV with Netflix subscription and complimentary hi- speed wi-fi. Kitchen There is a full equipped kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, and washer drier. Downstairs Toilet Includes a toilet and wash hand basin for your convenience. Bedroom The main bedroom has a premium King size bed, chest of drawers, desk/dressing table, hair drier, full-length mirror, USB charging points and clothes hanging rail. The room has lovely views of the Cave hill and adjacent golf course. Bedroom 2 Equipped with two single beds (which can be converted to a Super King if required), chest of drawers, desk/dressing table, full length mirror, USB charging points and clothes hanging rail. Views of Cavehill and adjacent golf course. Main Bathroom Consists of, toilet, wash hand basin and a shower bath. The Coach House is kept cosy with underfloor heating downstairs and radiators on the first floor. Instant hot water is readily available throughout. Your safety is protected through-out with integrated smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and an Automist fire sprinkler system.
