It is the perfect base for those wishing to get away for a relaxing holiday and is close enough to drive to all of Skye's main tourist attractions without being busy. Our Net Zero self catering static caravan (Mobile Home) sleeps 4 and is situated within a working croft (small farm) with views across Loch Greshornish with access to the sea shore. Accommodation comprises : one bedroom with king size bed + en-suite, one twin bedroom, lounge, dining area, kitchen and shower room with toilet. Central heating. Vancouver Cottage is tucked into the peaceful township of Harlosh, sitting among wild surroundings giving you a true sense of the landscape of Skye. From the windows you can gaze out to the distinctive twin peaks of MacLeod’s Tables and across to the sea. It is a place for getting away from the hustle and discovering the great outdoors. The cottage offers private parking and has a sister property across from it so we can accommodate up to 8 guests. No check-in/out on Sundays

Secluded cabin, North West Skye - Bolvean Beag

Scottish Short Term Lets Licence No; HI-30071-F Bolvean Beag is a unique self catering wooden cabin. The cabin has a light and airy feel: there is a large window with a pastoral view, the other 3 windows in cabin have midge screens when you need them. There is spacious secluded decking surrounded by wild woodland flowers and trees. There is 1 super king bed downstairs which takes up the whole of the bedroom space. Storage space in small loft if required, accessed via ladder.

Self catering bungalow, ‘Crab Cottage’

Crab Cottage provides a comfy place to relax after a day exploring the beauty of the Isle of Skye. This detached, self-catering bungalow for two is situated in a crofting community. The cottage is near and above the road but shielded by bushes and visitors have said the noise is minimal. Our own house and static caravan are next to the cottage. We live with an elderly collie mix dog called Boots and 4 chickens (who live in a separate fenced off area).

The Tin House @ Papillon

The Tin House is our modern take on a traditional highland bothy. A spacious, open plan living /sleeping space offers all the home comforts you would expect, Large picture windows create a bright space with stunning views over the loch to the mountains. A Deck with locally crafted Adirondack chairs make the perfect place to watch the local wildlife or sit out under our spectacular night sky during the darker nights. Towels and bed linen are included.
