Spacious and cosy house in the quiet and well-preserved Praia do Ervino. Ideal for family holidays and relaxing moments. Wake up to the sound of the waves, enjoy the sunrise from the balcony and spend your days on one of the most beautiful blue flag beaches on the coast of Santa Catarina. Two-storey house with a gourmet area with barbecue and a large garden with an outdoor shower. Open concept living room and kitchen. Air conditioning in the three bedrooms and living room, and Wi-Fi. Our house is ideal for families, cozy, spacious, accommodating up to 10 people, 2 bedrooms and 1 suite, all with air conditioning, bedding, blanket and towels, large living room with TV and sofa, quality Wi-Fi, laundry with washing machine, kitchen with gourmet area, household utensils such as dishes, glasses, cups, pots, cutlery, blender, air fryer, sandwich maker, minibar, electric oven, microwave, wood-burning stove and barbecue accompanied by grill and skewers, and swimming pool.

A private pool area features a bright blue pool surrounded by stone tiles. Two lounge chairs are positioned next to the water, with an umbrella providing shade. Large glass doors offer a view into the adjoining indoor space, enhancing the open layout.

The new house offers an excellent swimming pool and a large leisure area with a barbecue and fireplace. The house is well ventilated and illuminated, consisting of two bedrooms, a living room and kitchen, a garage for two cars and a gourmet balcony overlooking the pool. We also offer Wi-Fi with great speed and access to Netflix. The location is in a very quiet and safe residential area 900 meters from the lagoon with a nearby distributor and general shops on the main street.

Composed of 3 bedrooms, 1 of which is an en-suite, all with new split air-conditioning. Living room with 42" Smart TV and cable channels, movies and TV series. Bed and bath linens are provided for all guests. The outdoor area has a balcony with a charcoal barbecue, a dining table, and 5 hammock points. The backyard can easily accommodate 2 cars.
