The apartment is only 45 minutes drive from Tromsø, Lyngen and Bardufoss. There are 71 popular mountain hikes in Balsfjord municipality, ski tourists thrive here. Together with the neighboring municipalities, there are over 350 peaks to visit. It is 2.5 km to a pharmacy, two grocery stores, café/restaurant, street kitchen, hairdresser and gas stations as well as charging stations for electric cars.

Welcome to our house. Its a lovely house in the centre of Nordkjosbotn. You can go to the supermarket, pub and restaurant. The bedroom has motive from Norway. One of the bedrooms you can have one extra bed. It’s 70 km from Tromsø. This is a place to relax and to be outside in the nature with the beautiful mountains near by. The apartment is located in a very quiet residential area with immediate proximity to hiking trails, snowmobile trails and the experience of Norwegian nature. 5 minutes drive to the nearest grocery store and fuel. 300 metres to snowmobile trails. Good hiking opportunities in summer and winter, both on skis and on foot. Free parking for two cars at the apartment. We have small children and a dog, so noise can occur as we live on the upper floors of the single-family home.

Cozy old house in Furudal, Balsfjord

Welcome to Furudal farm! Here you can be on your own in your own home, but with proximity to the host. The house is the old main house on this farm (not a farm operation now) and still has a bit of old charm. Close to both lake and mountains. The northern lights can often be seen over the house in autumn/winter and if you want you can go to the top behind the house for better visibility. There is little public transport to/from the home and you need a car during the stay.

This house is situated in Balsfjord, about 60 km far from Tromsø. It has four bedrooms, a cozy livingroom with a fireplace, a big fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. From the big balcony you can enjoy beautiful sunsets on the fjord, great northern lights in the winter time and the midnight sun in the summer time. There are great Mountains around the farm and a Sauna( rental) close to the water, our barbecue grill as well as many bonfire places all around the farm.
