BehrenSCHLAF vacation home Stay in the thatched farmhouse and discover nature and the countryside well rested. Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. You will stay in our cozy apartment with a terrace to the south side and views of our garden. Staying in our 75 square meter vacation apartment gives our guests a very special sense of vacation. When you open doors and windows, the sounds of the forest, the garden and the sea birds flow in. A scent of fresh sea air meets your nostrils. Our guests also experience the light as something very special. Especially when the evening sun sends its rays down on the surrounding islands, you have to pinch yourself to make sure you're not dreaming.

Welcome to Altes Land, Germany's largest fruit growing area with its numerous orchards. Here you can relax wonderfully, especially cycling through apple orchards or to the nearby Elbe. For shopping, we recommend the Hanseatic city of Hamburg (about 45 minutes by car) or the cozy cities of Stade (20 minutes) and Buxtehude (12 minutes). Friendly apartment with sun terrace near the Baltic Sea beach - ideal for 2 people. The apartment is located in our house (separate entrance) in a quiet residential area in Pelzerhaken. Beach, bakery, supermarket and bus stop are within walking distance (about 300 m). The apartment has a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, a separate bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with shower and a south-facing terrace.

In our lovingly and romantically designed thatched roof kate, right on the North Sea Canal, there is a 100 sqm apartment with 3 rooms for max. 6 guests. The apartment is on the 1st floor with separate entrance and has 1 living room (with a sofa bed for 2 people), 2 bedrooms, a travel bed for small children, kitchen, shower room and parking space.
