beautyful Apartment at the sea

we say welcome! Our beautyful Apartment is located on the seaside of a large lake called the "bodden". You only have to walk about 10 minutes to reach the baltic sea and its endless sandy beaches! Its very quiet out here, no streets, no shopping malls... perfect for relaxing and find yourself! Our apartement has 3 rooms (2 Bedrooms and 1 living room with kitchen) and 1 bath with shower. Overall you have 45 squaremeters. The kitchen is fully equiped with everything u need. also you have a SAT-TV and a stereo. Parkingspace is right round the corner. We have very good restaurants round here, everything reachable by bike! Enjoy one of the most beautieful areas from Germany with a glass of wine in your hand while watching the sun goes down... even in summer or winter! We hope to welcome you and your friends soon! The house is located in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, 6 km from Ystad. Very good transport links about 150 meters from the house, trains to Ystad and Simrishamn or Malmö and Copenhagen. Bus between Ystad and Trelleborg about 100 meters away. The Sydkustleden cycle route runs along this road.

Cozy apartment with private south-facing terrace

The guest apartment is located in one part of my house, which is located in quiet surroundings close to the city center. There is a separate entrance with a key box and exit to a south-facing terrace. I have chickens in the garden and will supply the apartment's fridge with eggs when there are any eggs. There is free coffee and tea, but you must bring your own milk and breakfast. I also live in the house, which is old and we all have to show consideration for each other of course.

Go to the seaside. Take a holiday in a former schoolhouse. Our 100-year-old house is very quietly located in a small village on West Rügen, one of the less touristy corners of Rügen. If you're looking for nature and tranquillity, then you've come to the right place. Small excursions to Hiddensee, Cape Arkona or just a long walk to the sea and in the evening sitting in the sun on our farm or in winter turning on the tiled stove and enjoying a tea.

There is space for up to five people on 80 square meters with two separate bedrooms and a spacious living/dining room. You can walk to the beach in just 5 minutes. In the west-facing garden you can enjoy a relaxed bbq, sunbathe in the beach chair on cooler days or treat yourself to some wellness in the private sauna!

Here you get a taste of the charming "old" Juelsminde. The house was built in 1929. In the front shop, I run a small cozy hairdressing salon, and in the “house” garage, our adult daughter runs a flower shop🌺, while the newly renovated back house + first floor houses the 74 m' holiday home. In the flowery garden, there are two terraces, so both morning coffee and evening barbecue can be enjoyed in sunshine.

There is ample parking space located in front of the property. The apartment is a converted farm worker's cottage of the Frankenthal estate with strong visible beams. The original character has been preserved, but the furnishings are contemporary and modern.
