Ich kam später an als ausgemacht, aber ich wurde geduldig erwartet. Die Ruhe und Privatsphäre haben mich begeistert. Ok, man braucht ein Fahrzeug, aber das wusste ich ja vorher. Damit konnte ich den lokalen Markt erreichen, die Auswahl an Speisen war groß und die Preise günstig. John war bei Nachfragen immer erreichbar und hat flexibel reagiert. Jederzeit wieder.

Each villa boasts a private pool, blending modern amenities with natural beauty. The interiors are elegant, with spacious, well-equipped rooms and incredibly comfortable beds. The exceptional service truly stood out. The staff, especially Fai and Zen, were extraordinarily accommodating, ensuring all needs, including food, drinks, and laundry, were met with excellence. Given the remote location, I recommend arranging transfers or renting a car for ease of access. Lounging by the pool was the epitome of relaxation, offering a peaceful respite from daily life. The house is comfortable and the a/c works great. We had a good time.

The villa is located in an old resort and around a 10-minute drive from the beach. The highlight was the pool, from its cleanliness to the jacuzzi functions. Since it’s in an old resort, the furniture is a little out of style and has some wear and tear, but it has all the facilities and amenities mentioned. It’s pet friendly and there is no extra cost. The host is also very responsive and friendly and quickly solved any issues we had. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Amazing Villa & Exceptional Hospitality Our stay at this villa was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness and overall ambiance of the place. The villa was well-maintained, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight for us was definitely the swimming pool – it was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for a relaxing dip. The surroundings added to the charm, making it a truly peaceful retreat. A special mention to the caretaker (Tin Tin ), who was incredibly helpful and ensured we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Her hospitality made the experience even better. Overall, this villa exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway! Looking forward to visiting again.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, wir wurden herzlich empfangen uns wurde die Waschmaschine sogar zur Verfügung gestellt. Zwei Anmerkungen möchte ich trotzdem noch loswerden Erstens die Wasserpumpe die für die gesamten drei Häuser läuft ist leider etwas laut. Dieses nervige Klopfgeräusch könnte mit einer Dämmung ( eingehäust ) wirklich leicht behoben werden. Zweitens nach 2 wöchiger Wasserbenutzung war auch der muffige Geruch der Badezimmerabflüsse behoben.

Great space. Quite neighborhood. 3 private bedrooms (individual room locks) with lots of extra sofa beds. 3 Tv’s. Not the fancy smart kind (ie no Netflix or screen casting) but good for viewing local Tv. The pool is fun for kids and the outdoor patio is very relaxing. It’s not far (by car) from a really lovely beach, Nam Rin that we enjoyed a lot. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided along with a 2 burner gas hob. Also has a microwave. We plan to return sometime.

I stayed here for 4 nights with mine and my brothers family. There were 8 of us in total and we had plenty of room. The villa is well equipped and each large bedroom has an en-suite which is great. The pool is amazing and the kids pretty much stayed in that the whole time. If you like all the electronics there is plenty here to entertain you and once my son worked out the karaoke machine we had a fun night of singing. There were some minor issues with a drain in one of the bedrooms but after a message to the host someone arrived very quickly to resolve. When you walk out of the villa there is a 7/11 within 2 mins walking which is handy for drinks and snacks. Get yourself the bolt app and you can book taxis to anywhere in Pattaya. We loved it here and would definitely come back when we visit Pattaya again.

The host was incredibly helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The house itself is spacious and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing stay. It’s within walking distance to a small shop, and Jomtien Beach is just a short distance away, making it a convenient location for a beach getaway.

Hello, we rented a house for a children's birthday party. We were very pleased! The owner was friendly, answered all questions, helped us find our way around. The house has a good full kitchen, all the necessary utensils, a large refrigerator. Well-kept garden, the children even spotted pomegranates behind the house, a dining area near the pool. The pool is a normal size, clean, they were aware of the nuances with the tiles. Cleaning is included, which made me especially happy. Thank you!

Kanjana place was a rare find in every sense .the caretaker Khun Nui was gem of a person , made us feel like at home. while there aren't many food choices nearby, the Viewmare resturant is worth it. the best part is location which is so peaceful and quiet , yet close enough to main Pattaya city. it's a perfect family getaway.

Excellent séjour de réveillon en famille dans le logement de Danai, nous cherchions de la place et de la tranquillité malgré la proximité de pattaya. Le lieu du séjour a parfaitement répondu à nos attentes.

We have been at this wonderful place for a bit more then a month. The host was friendly and responsive to all requests. It’s a huge territory with beautiful greens and birds around you. The quiet sunrises and sundowns with clear sky and beautiful stars everyday. Every room has an AC/vents which makes the stay comfortable. The pool was clean and refreshing, the house clean and tidy as well, the villa is being maintained all the time. Inside it fees like a family house which was perfect for us. Huge kitchen, bbq zone, sports zone and a terrace are the main points of interest. Nearest beach is 10minutes by car, the villa itself located in a peaceful and quiet village. There are several supermarkets and fruit points in a 1km around area. Thanks for this amazing place, we will try to come back soon)
