Summer place in Övik's archipelago

Charming cottage with a magical view of Örnsköldsvik's inlet. On the terrace, you have sun for most of the day, and there you can enjoy the sunsets. Next to the terrace, there is a charcoal barbecue for use. Inside the cabin, you have two bedrooms & a smaller toilet. A fully equipped kitchen is available, and in the living room there are 2 sofas and a TV. From the sofas, you can catch a glimpse of the view. There is a trampoline on the property that may be used on your own risk. On some occasions, the neighbour's grandchildren may be there jumping; we will let you know in advance!

This newly-built cottage/house is located about 8 km outside Övik. You live 800 meters from Idbyns sea swimming, close to two golf courses and Skeppsmalens Fikseläge is only 15 kilometers away, with its beautiful cliffs and its lighthouse. The nearest restaurant is about 5 km from the property and the nearest grocery store (COOP and ICA Kvantum) about 7 km away. Arnäsleden with great opportunities for hiking passes just a few hundred meters from the house. Inside Örnsköldsvik, there is also the well-known adventure pool Pardiset.

Simple cottage by the water with a hot tub and sauna!

In the best sunny location, right by beautiful Skulesjön, is this simple cottage – perfect for those who want to explore the High Coast during the day and enjoy the tranquility in the evening with a wood-fired hot tub and sauna! Five beds: one double bed, one bunk bed and one sofa bed. The kitchen is simply equipped with a stove, microwave, kettle, refrigerator and running cold water. Toilet (separate) and shower with hot water are in a separate building. Please note that guests need to bring their own bed linen and towels.

Öden's tree house Talltitan

This unique accommodation lets you sleep up among the birds. Enjoy the view from a tree house 6 metres up in a pine tree. Its 8-sided shape makes the house feel spacious. About half the area is a large bed with room for two adults and 2 children. Electricity is withdrawn, a small element provides heat well into the autumn. Toaster, hot plate and kettle are available as well as a water jug with tap. Below the cabin, there is a barbecue area for cooking. There is also an outdoor toilet with a water can, soap and a towel

The nearest grocery store is 9 km away. 16 km to Örnsköldsvik's centre with Paradisbadet and Skytti's cross-country ski track. You will find several Slalom slopes in the municipality. Here you can relax, hike along the World Heritage trail, climb, paddle, swim in the sea and lake, visit fishing villages, cycle, play golf and more. Take a walk from the cottage up to the view from Ringkallen or Dönstaudden. Or why not just enjoy the view and the sunset over the bay from the veranda? Nearby you'll find the museum and the Mannaminne art gallery. About 6.5 km to grocery store and Pizzeria.

Welcome to this cozy cabin located in the heart of the High Coast. Mountains, bays and the sea make up a fantastic scenery. Within 5-10 minutes is Rotsidan's beautiful rock formations reaching into the sea; Barsta and Bönhamn with restaurants and ferries to Högbonden; the Mannaminne museum, Gårdsbutiken, and a supermarket. Skuleberget/Via Ferrata is 30 min away. The cabin has an electric stove, outdoor grills and a trampoline for kids. The bathroom building features stunning bay-view too.

Sea front house in the heart of the High Coast

Welcome to the peaceful and calm little gem where you can enjoy the beauty of the nature. The house has fantastic views of the sea. Start each morning with a hike on the High Coast trail and finish off with a BBQ and a dip in the sea at the private rocky beach or at the sandy beach (5 min walk). Cottage in the countryside in Högbyn

Cozy cottage in the countryside that was completely renovated in 2014. It is located 12 minutes drive north of Övik and 12 minutes south of Husum. Close to nature and water, there is also a golf course with a restaurant (Puttom) max. 5 minutes drive from the cabin. An outdoor seating area with furniture and barbeque. I live in a house on the same property so the cottage is not completely private. Easy to park outside the entrance.

Newly built nice apartment of about 40 sqm. 140 cm bed in the sleeping alcove and a sofa bed of 200×140. About 8 km outside Örnsköldsvik. Bus stop 20 meters from the apartment with departures to the city center every half hour. Most of what you need in amenities. Proximity to water and forest. Ski trails and exercise trails at the property line Wifi included Breakfast or food is not included
