The nearest restaurant is about 5 km from the property and the nearest grocery store (COOP and ICA Kvantum) about 7 km away. Arnäsleden with great opportunities for hiking passes just a few hundred meters from the house. Inside Örnsköldsvik, there is also the well-known adventure pool Pardiset.

This unique accommodation lets you sleep up among the birds. Enjoy the view from a tree house 6 metres up in a pine tree. Its 8-sided shape makes the house feel spacious. About half the area is a large bed with room for two adults and 2 children. Electricity is withdrawn, a small element provides heat well into the autumn. Fällsvikshamn is an older fishing village with old boathouses. You will live close to Rotsidan, bath from rocks or beach, hiking trails, excursion places, sea fishing and incredible natur.
