Welcome to our lovely rooftop apartment! We are a Mexican family renting our rooftop apartment in Coyoacán. The apartment consists of an outdoor living area and a cozy fully-equipped apartment. It is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood near UNAM and downtown Coyoacán. The apartment is independent to our house, so you will access through private stairs that go directly to the rooftop. Our guests enjoy the rooftop for reading, exercising, or simply relaxing in this small city oasis.

We designed this apartment to fulfill complementary needs. If you want to jump into the hippest neighborhood in the city, you just need to step outside this classic Profirian building to find yourself in the heart of Roma, where every street is peppered with restaurants, cafés, galleries and shops. And for those moments where you want a retreat from all that bustle, the apartment offers the utmost comfort for rest, relaxation, or, should you so desire, a perfect spot to work from home.

Sunny loft with a big terrace in a historic area

New and spacious two stories loft on an award winning renovated building from the 1940´s. Security 24/7 , personal digital code to access the apartment, wifi, fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV with Netflix/Mubi, and a shared laundry room in the building. The loft has one patio in the first floor and a huge terrace full of plants on the second floor next to the bedroom. It is usually very quite but there could be a little noise during the day if another apartment is doing renovations.

The house is just round the corner from Francisco Sosa street, known for its beautiful colonial houses and cosy restaurants.

Mini loft located in the heart of Coyoacán a few steps from the emblematic “Plaza la Conchita”, walk to the Center of Coyoacán, Museums, Cafes and Restaurants. A charming place with all the essentials (kitchen, dining table, full bathroom, bed, sofa bed, TV). Within the common areas we have: terrace, laundry, living room. It does not have parking, however it is a very safe area and you can find parking and public pension around.

Enjoy the city in a unique and peaceful location in Roma Sur. Our loft, Xoxotic (green in Nahuatl), is located only a few blocks away from Condesa and Roma Norte, two of the “it” neighborhoods in the City, where you can find lovely cafés and bakeries, art galleries, indie boutiques, and some of the best restaurants in Latin America. The loft is on the second floor and there is no elevator, so you have to use stairs to get there.
