Все объекты инфраструктуры в 3-5 минутах ходьбы. Участок 6 соток с плодовым садом. Тихое уютное место. Есть парковка во дворе.

Our Wi-Fi-free guest house is located in Ratac (between Bar and Sutomore) on the mountainside, about 700 meters from the sea. It consists of 3 double rooms and a single room as well as a dining and living room with kitchen. Here people can find inner peace and strength. If you are interested, our seminar room can be rented. If required, a 2nd bed can be placed in the single room. There are two sun terraces with wonderful sea views and a small swimming pool.
