House in the suburbs of Bar in 70 meters from the beach with 3 apartments on 3 floors with separate entrance to each floor, with all amenities and wi-fi , in , overlooking the sea and mountains, parking for 3 cars. All within walking distance - 3 grocery stores, two bakeries with hot pastries, a restaurant of fish and meat cuisine. The embankment is 100 meters away, there are restaurants, a large lunar park for children. Market with fresh seafood and local berries,fruits,vegetables, cheese, meat, prosciutto 2 km away.

The apartment is located right next to the sea port and the beach. City center, two groceries, a lot of bars and cafes within walking distance. There is one bedroom with balcony and studio area with kitchen, TV, two sofa-beds, dining table and with balcony as well. Both rooms with air condition. In the kitchen you can find any kitchen equipment you would need. You can find all the necessary bedding in the wardrobe and pantry. Small bathroom with a washing machine, washbasin and shower.

Apartment "Sunset" with Boat Tours

As you can see on photos, house is only few steps in front of the beach. 2 parking places are private for our guests. Check in time is flexible as per agreement with guests. Water in the apartment is not for drinking (technical water). Boat tours are available for our guests. Cost depends on the location of travel and is very reasonable, including berth and maintenance of the boat. There is also a possibility of renting boat, only for holders of Boat Driving License.

In the perfect part of untouched nature, inspired by the spirit of old generations, we renovated a family house which is over 200 years old. On our property there is a waterfall, which has become the main attraction of our city.
