The house is located in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, about 6 km to Ystad, where you can easily drive by car or bike along the sea. If you want to go to Malmö, the bus stop is only 200 meters away, and if you prefer the bike, there are also nice bike paths. The accommodation has two single beds in the loft, as well as a sofa bed in the living room. There is a beautiful bathroom with shower, as well as a kitchen, where there is both a dishwasher, washing machine and refrigerator.

Outside the veranda is a spacious wooden deck. The tap water tastes good and is of very good quality. A wood-burning sauna is in a separate sauna cabin. It is not allowed to smoke indoors or bring pets.
