The house is located in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, about 6 km to Ystad, where you can easily drive by car or bike along the sea. In a few square meters, we have created a smart and modern compact living where we have taken advantage of every square meter. Here you can take walks in a rural environment or just relax on the private patio (40 m2) with its own hot tub. Accommodation - Hyllie station (where Emporia shopping center is located) takes 12 minutes by bus. Hyllie station - Copenhagen city center takes 28 minutes by train.

This Beach house is situated directly to the beach with a 180 degree view to Sweden and Kronborg. Great pleasure activities (the sea, the forest, lakes, Kronborg Castle and Søfartsmuseet (Unesco Attraction). You will love this house due to he fabulous sea view, direct assess to the sea and the light. On the other side of the road is the preserved forest Teglstruphegn with large old oak trees. Very romantic. This is a place to be mindfull. Many guests just stay to enjoy the view all seasons.

Welcome to our peaceful guest house in Nordanå, named after our magnificent eighty-year-old Chinese sequoia tree. In the countryside but close to the city. Ten km to central Malmö and two km to the nearest shopping center with a large grocery store, many shops, shopping and fast food restaurants. The bus stop to Malmö is a ten-minute walk away and the bus ride to central Malmö takes about 15 minutes. Lomma's nice beach is 13 km away and can be reached by car in less than 15 minutes.
