Room/private bathroom in a modern shared apartment

Comfortable and modern accommodation. You'll spend the night in the bedroom of my small apartment, which has an internal bathroom and closet. The common areas are shared with the host, including the bathroom on an occasional basis or by strict necessity. Check-in will be between 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm from Monday to Saturday, Sundays from 8:00 pm. However, I will always try to adapt to your needs, there is room for flexibility. In the months of June, July and August we can take a dip in the pool of the Barrio.

Spacious and modern studio of 70 m2 located in the Barrio Timón, a residential area that surrounds the Madrid-Barajas Adolfo Suárez Airport. Due to its proximity to the airport (1.5 Km) and IFEMA (4 Km), it is perfect for business trips (direct metro line). For travel, you have the Barajas metro 10 minutes away on foot. The journey to Puerta del Sol takes 40 minutes (with transfer). By car, it will take 15-20 min to Bernabéu (Paseo de La Castellana), depending on traffic.

Although it is a ground floor apartment, its refurbished and modern interior surprises with its open and airy style. Please note that light is limited due to its location and you will not find balconies or large windows. Enjoy TV via Chromecast. Bed linen and towels are provided.
