Az apartman Kaposváron egy négyemeletes társasház 3. emeletén találhatò. A belvárostól kb. 500 méterre helyezkedik el, gyalogosan is könnyen megközelíthető. A közelben bolt, étterem, cukrászda, játszótér is megtalálható. Kaposvári Aréna 200 méterre, Desedára vezető kerékpárút 500 méterre van. A lakás 2024-ben lett felújítva. Az apartman légkondicionált. Ingyenes wifi biztosított az egész lakás területén belül. Gyermekes családokat is szívesen várunk, etetőszéket, utazóágyat tudunk biztosítani.

Csendes, madárcsicsergős zug Pécs belvárosában, karnyújtásnyira a Zsolnay Negyedtől, a Kodály Központtól és a Király utca forgatagától. A vendégház egy hálószobával (franciaágy) és egy nappali-konyhával rendelkezik (kétszemélyes kanapé). A konyha jól felszerelt: vízforraló, Bialetti kotyogós kávéfőző, üvegkerámia főzőlap, mikrohullámú sütő, hűtőszekrény, illetve egy tágas terasz gondoskodik a vendégek kényelméről. Wifi természetesen van. :) Közvetlenül a ház előtt ingyenesen lehet parkolni.

A természetes fénytetős fürdőszoba különleges hangulatot áraszt. A vendégek számára szabadtéri főzési lehetőségek is rendelkezésre állnak: grill, bogrács és kemence egyaránt megtalálható a kertben . A naplemente látványa pedig minden estét emlékezetessé tesz, akár egy pohár borral a kézben a szőlősorokban.
