A közelben bolt, étterem, cukrászda, játszótér is megtalálható. Kaposvári Aréna 200 méterre, Desedára vezető kerékpárút 500 méterre van. A lakás 2024-ben lett felújítva. Az apartman légkondicionált. Ingyenes wifi biztosított az egész lakás területén belül. Gyermekes családokat is szívesen várunk, etetőszéket, utazóágyat tudunk biztosítani.

A vendégház egy hálószobával (franciaágy) és egy nappali-konyhával rendelkezik (kétszemélyes kanapé). A konyha jól felszerelt: vízforraló, Bialetti kotyogós kávéfőző, üvegkerámia főzőlap, mikrohullámú sütő, hűtőszekrény, illetve egy tágas terasz gondoskodik a vendégek kényelméről. The old type of farmhouse has retained its original character, modernized. Visitors can find a quiet village life here. A one-room dining-kitchen-living room welcomes guests. The two adjoining 2 and 3-bed rooms (extra bed) await our dear guests with a separate bathroom. There is also the possibility of outdoor barbecuing in the courtyard.
