This former Hungarian country house was preserved by the German owners with great attention to detail in its original form and nicely furnished. Thanks to the comfortable interior, the spacious outdoor area with large pool, playground and barbecue area, this holiday home is ideal for a relaxing holiday with the family, with dogs ... It is wonderfully centrally located in the wine-growing area between Lake Balaton, the cultural capital of Pécs, the Danube and the flower town of Kaposvár.

The house is a semi-detached house. Both sides separate for rent or together. The two parts are completely separate, only the terrace in front of it is built in, but it is separated by plants. Both house at the upstairs have bedrooms(2-2 room) and bathroom. At the Ground floor living room dining room with kitchen and a restroom. The kitchens are well equipped. Towels, bed linen avaiable. on the terrace have garden furniture. The bed in the living rooms can be opened on both sides.

The 6-room guesthouse was built in a 3-acre walnut grove. There is a huge living room with a fireplace, a spacious dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. 300 meters from the estate is the beautiful Pagan lake. The rooms are all large, with a total of 16 spaces. All rooms are air-conditioned, wood-fired tub and sauna are available in the courtyard. In the courtyard, there is a playground element, foosball, table tennis, and a football field for those who want to play.
