The apartment is on the 4th floor of a building located in the best rated location, the Dinner area, has two balconies, of which the small one has the destination of technical space, and the big one offers a seating area and a place for smoking, possibly. At the moment, only one bedroom is furnished, the kitchen is ultra equipped with everything you need, the bathroom is provided with walk-in shower cabin, toilet seat and bidet, and the mirror also has a demisting function. The bathroom has a bidet as well, the shower room is walk-in type.

The apartment is furnished and equipped with refrigerator, gas stove, central, TV, wifi internet etc...everything being new.
