On the top floor there is on bedroom with a double bed adjacent to a second room with two single beds. There is also an additional space with an extra single bed and storage space. The 'Cabanya del Perer' is a cozy and comfortable accommodation restored in 2022. On the ground floor, there is a large space with a dining room and a fully-equipped kitchen. It also has an adapted bathroom and two double bedrooms with a bathroom. On the top floor, with spectacular views of the area, there is a living room and a terrace, as well as three double bedrooms with a bathroom. Outside is the garden with outdoor dining area, barbecue and pool area.

It is a 1840 cabin, 100 m2, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen. It's all on the same floor. It has a "porch" exit with tables and a barbecue. Outside the cabin is the swimming pool (fully fenced) that can be used at all times. The cabin is fully equipped with sheets, towels, kitchen utensils... 100 meters from the house is the farm (rabbits, chickens, cows, etc.) that can be visited at any time and a small riding school.
