The flat has a generous space of 160m2 boasting 4 rooms, 2 bathrooms, and a huge living room. It has a capacity for up to 8 people. The gallery and 2 balconies are not to be missed! This cozy apartment includes Wi-Fi, cable/smart TV, and AC. The apartment has a spacious living and dining rooms full of light with a lovely view of Barcelona, ideal for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. The decoration is modern with an antique touch and is a cozy place to call your temporary home. The apartment is Primero-2. All the apartment is yours! The apartment is located in an old building and as a result spaces are not well insulated. It can be kind of noisy sometimes at night since the elevator’s opening and closing doors may sound in the middle of the night, and the walls and floors are thin. FYI: One of the bedrooms has a fan, instead of an AC split.

The living room features a spacious sofa complemented by a large coffee table. Lush green plants are arranged throughout the space, adding a natural touch. A colorful artwork hangs on the wall, and soft light filters through the window, enhancing a relaxed ambiance.

This apartment is home to chef Marc Vidal. It has been newly renovated to accommodate his needs, boasting a large kitchen counter top in an open-plan space, with hand-picked art pieces and furniture making it a warm and inviting home. It is super bright and has a wonderful terrace, perfect to sit out to eat and hang out, with views of the mountains and the sea. The home is located in a beautiful pedestrian avenue accessible by taxi, in a centric area named 'Quadrat d'Or', renowned for its modernist heritage. Apartamento privado situado en una avenida céntrica y segura. WIFI gratis, ascensor y terraza de 10am a 10pm. Aire acondicionado. Muy bien comunicado por metro y bus. A 15 minutos andando de las principales zonas a visitar: Ramblas, Paseo de Gracia, Born, Sagrada Familia, ... y zonas de shoping.
