Beautiful 15th century villa on 30 acre estate

Renovated 15th century farm house, Can Bernadas, Alella, is an idyllic spot. A short walking distance to town centre and 25 minutes from Barcelona center. The 30 acre estate has 3 swimming pools using natural mineral water from the mountains, orange groves, our own lake and direct access to the national park. Located in a residential area (Urbanización Fontpineda) at the top of a small hill 10' from the village of Pallejá which is 20 km from Barcelona. It is preferable to have a private car. Pallejá has public transport services (train and bus) to Barcelona.
