The barn has a dining room with a black kitchen, a room with a double bed, a loft with two beds and a sofa bed in the living room. It also has double shower with window to be able to admire nature while showering. Fireplace, swimming pool and river. And a setting with a monumental complex made up of a Romanesque church with a crypt, a modernist cemetery and an Iberian settlement just 5 minutes away. Spectacular! A country restaurant is 5 minutes away, and the town/city with all the supermarkets and restaurants is 10 minutes away!

House with threshing floor, more than 300 years old, completely renovated, maintaining the essence of the rustic style, but with all the comforts. It is in the old town of the village, in a very quiet area. The house has three bedrooms (two double and one triple) and two bathrooms. Fireplace, electric heating and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped. Ideal for enjoying a few days of relaxation, and adventure sports (climbing, hiking, mountain biking, canyoning, paragliding, skiing...)

Its stand-out feature is the natural mountain rock, which forms part of the interior and sits alongside the old stone walls and the wood. We've restored the house while respecting its essence to create a warm, comfortable space with lots of character. A special place to unwind, take a stroll and enjoy the tranquillity of Ripollès.

Can Comella

Can Comella is integrated into the urban fabric of the town of Gavarra, a town that in the mid-twentieth century was linked to the municipality of Coll de Nargó. Until the beginning of the last century the house was inhabited. Despite its small size, the building's original construction elements make Can Comella a valuable example of the area's traditional architecture.
