Very quiet holiday home in beautiful surroundings. From our Berkelhut you can walk straight into the woods of Velhorst. The house is heated with infrared panels, has a large double bed of 1.60 by 2.00 meters that can be closed off. You may use 2 bicycles and a Canadian kayak; the Berkel river is in walking distance of your accommodation. In addition to the picturesque village of Almen, Zutphen, Lochem and Deventer are also close by. After consulting us, you can bring your small dog with you.

The cottage is 3 km from the city center and is adjacent to a beautiful forest area. There is a small shed available to store 2 bicycles if necessary.

Welcome to our renovated cozy forest cottage PAPERBIRD. The forest cottage is 45 m2 and is located on 1200 m2 of forest garden and is suitable for 2 people. The high windows in the living room give you a beautiful view of the garden. In spring and summer, you can enjoy the terrace. Until late in the fall, you can sit on the terrace with the outdoor fireplace on. In winter, it is super cozy inside by the fireplace.

A detached stone cottage with a private garden and views of Achterhoek's scenic landscape. Because of the many windows, the living room is very bright and spacious. There is also a wood-burning stove allowing you to warm up by the stove on cold evenings and of course in the sauna.
