In the large garden (6000 m2) you will find olive trees, broom, other plants and also some seats. At 45 min. drive (via beautiful roads) you reach the Côte d'Azur with its beautiful beaches.

The house is surrounded by greenery with a stunning view of the mountains and the perfume town of Grasse. It has a lovely garden with a large pool. It’s easy to relax with a good book on the terrace, play ping pong in the garden, or swim in the pool. The house is also a perfect starting point for many different excursions. Golf, tennis and paddle is close. Enjoy culture in the village of Saint-Paul-de-Vence or go hiking in the mountains. Visit the provencal markets, fine dining in Mougins etc.
