This house in the heart of old Antibes, and 2 steps from the Picasso Museum, is for 4 and will enchant you with its simplicity but also with its charm. Its terrace opens onto the sea. This house is built on 3 floors with a basement (living room). The kitchen on the ground floor is fully equipped, the first bedroom with its bathroom on the 1st, another bedroom on the 2nd (with bathroom too). The terrace is on the top floor. Air conditioning on all floors (except the basement) and Wi-Fi.

Great location, exceptional views of Villefranche

As a resident of Paris, I love coming to this Paradise of Villefranche sur mer. I enjoyed renovating, equipping and decorating this apartment in 2019 to make it as pleasant as possible. Now my greatest pleasure is to have my coffee when you wake up on the terrace in front of this magnificent view of Cap Ferrat. Its central location close to the old town, the port and all amenities, its elevator and municipal parking at the foot of the building are also a plus.
