Byre Cottage - 5* Stone Cattle shed Conversion.

Byre Cottage is a charming little cattle shed on private land that was restored and converted to a very high standard in 2019. It has it's own private entrance, private parking with EV charging point (Additional charge) and a fully enclosed south facing outside area with garden furniture. It lies in the rural village of Boynton, just 3 miles from the popular Yorkshire coastal resort & fishing town of Bridlington. I (Chris) live in the Old Forge with my husband & usually greet you upon arrival.

This well equipped and comfortable cosy cottage has a wood burning stove, Wifi and smart TV and is tastefully furnished with comfy beds to ensure your stay is relaxing and refreshing. Within walking distance is a dog friendly pub with many other pubs, restaurants and an array of attractions and activities within a short drive.

A perfect base for exploring East Coast towns; Bridlington and Scarborough etc.

The Pump House @ Pockthorpe

The Pump House is nestled within the Ancient village of Pockthorpe in the beautiful countryside of East Yorkshire. It is a renovated 200 year old farm building which has been lovingly restored to retain its original features including a deep well with glass top (reinforced!) pulleys and metal work. Whether you're seeking a romantic retreat or a fun-filled getaway, The Pump House offers a haven for relaxation or as a base to explore the beautiful Yorkshire Wolds and amazing coastline.

West End Farm Lodge

Spacious 3 bedroom cottage available as a whole separate property. Off road parking, small enclosed garden. Ideal for families with main bedroom with super king bed, another room with 2 single beds sharing family bathroom, walk in shower. Downstairs is a double room with adjacent shower room. Situated in the village just off the road overlooking our family farm. Dogs are welcome - just let us know. Opportunity to visit the horses by arrangement including mares & foals in the summer.

The cottage is a perfect retreat for a couple wishing to explore the wonderful East Yorkshire Coast or just looking for a relaxing break. There is a kitchen, dining / living room with a log burner, 1 bedroom with a comfy double bed, 1 bathroom and a private patio area, all accessible on one floor. Up to 2 well behaved four legged friends are welcome.

Beyond is Langton halls back lawn which leads to 20 acres of parkland for you to explore at your leisure. Located within our grounds is an idyllic waterfall- perfect for picnics. Driftwood is ideal for couples, families (with kids), and pets. There is a glitch in AirBnB booking WE DO take well behaved pets so put '0 pets' on the guest list when asked.
