This ground floor studio is located in a converted warehouse within the city walls. It was converted in 2018 so the interior is in great order and the exterior looks onto water views. With a 5 minute walk to the main historic area/main shopping area and a 2 minute walk to major supermarkets, the studio is well connected. Wifi included. The property is a leisurely 35/40 minute walk to the centre of town. There is parking space on the drive to park the car, or directly outside the property. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe
