Three bedroom luxury home with private pool and garden. Incredible home that is walking distance to beach and everything Great the Barra has to offer. The best part about is the PRIVATE pool, garden and Jacuzzi. There is an amazing sound system that goes throughout the entire house, inside and out. While you are enjoying the pool or cooking an amazing meal in the fully equipped modern kitchen and ouside grill. The house was built with resort ammenities in mind. Awesome experience.

The best located house in the subdivision, overlooking the north, the mountains, and in front of the gardens of the clubhouse, where there is a palapa with a large pool. This location has been taken advantage of to have the living room and dining room arranged in front of the gardens, as well as an open terrace on the second level. Being located next to the Club Santiago golf course, you can use the course and take walks. It features air conditioning in every room.
