Beachfront holiday rentals in Barra Velha

We had a very good stay! Tânia welcomed us very warmly. The house was very clean. We only missed air-conditioning in all the rooms (there was only in the en-suite) because we had very hot days and the ceiling fans could not handle it. We were a little frustrated because the freezer, which appeared in the photos when we rented, was not working. We went to spend 8 days and took a lot of refrigerator stuff and only the refrigerator didn't work. Other than that, everything was fine. A wonderful view of the sea, super safe condominium for those who go with children, easy access to the beach. We liked it a lot.

The stay in Mark's space was exactly what we expected. He was very attentive throughout our entire experience, always available to answer questions and help with whatever was necessary. The place is comfortable, well organized and perfectly suited our needs. I recommend it!

My family was very well received by Edna, who even helped us to get extra places for the car. The accommodation is the same as the images, cozy and spacious. We highly recommend it and hope to come back more often.

What a sensational house! If you are in doubt to book, DON'T STAY!!! Vc will have wonderful moments in Mr Errol's space. And what a human being so dear! guided us with all attention and affection in everything we needed. The back yard delighted us with the view of the lagoon! Impeccable rooms with wonderful beds and breathtaking views. The large kitchen with barbecue invites us to a good chat between friends. The super-loved neighbors tbm, gave hints of fishing places. The house has period furniture that brings us back to wonderful times. We spent a wonderful family weekend, all accommodated in the best way possible, we were able to use all the attractions of the house, as fo.os with children was too perfect because they always had some activity to do. super recommend our loved family. Gerson is very helpful and we've helped everything we need.

Simply PERFECT Space! There is no detail I could say that were not compliments about the organization, practicality, utilities and quality of the space and all the items that are in this apartment. Condominium with 3 sites with pools between the blocks, easy access to the beach, plenty of security with facial access and biometrics, with several places for quick shopping of everything you need or forgot to take. The perfect apartment. It would really be describing item by item about all quality and care that the space was set up. Daniela was very helpful every day, with directions and guidance on everything that was needed.

Everything was great, location, house utensils, cleaning, nho market, bazaar, restaurant and pizzeria almost to the slime of the condominium. we only had a mishap with refrigerator, I had to clean because it wasn't freezing, but it worked, and in the meantime a reservation was taken home. the air conditioners were also freezing almost nothing, the only thing that I suggest having fans, so that if the air does not work, it has this option, as it was very hot, so it was very unpleasant to sleep about 3 nights warmer.

We were very well received and it perfectly met all our expectations. Tati and Ronaldo are always very attentive, helping us when needed! We would definitely come back!

The place is amazing, it was very clean on our arrival with all the kitchen utensils in sight, it is better than in the photos, complete condominium, no need to leave the condominium, it has everything you need, the beach and pool are amazing, the outdoor space of the condominium is clean. A tip to improve the stay would be air conditioning in the double room. The staff who received us were very polite and every time I needed something I got a reply on WhatsApp! Congratulations!!

Our experience was very good! The apartment corresponds exactly to what is advertised: well-equipped, comfortable and with a beautiful view of the sea. The condominium offers great leisure areas and direct access to the beach, in addition to the market and snack bars that made our stay much easier. The communication with Fernando was great and we were well received by Rosei. We had quiet and pleasant days, and we certainly want to come back in the future.

Great apartment, without a doubt if we go back to Barra Velha we will rent it again. Very complete apartment, the kitchen had all the necessary accessories and appliances, a bedroom with very comfortable beds. Not to mention that the apartment has a beautiful view of the sea, with a wonderful sunrise. The service and welcome of the hosts Nelcir and Roseli were perfect, we were not lost with the information of the building and thank God everything went well without any inconvenience with our stay.

The ocean views are perfect, it is complete, with everything you need for a great stay. Perfect cleanliness, quality sheets and towels. Complete and new kitchen items. Beach items available, balls, board games, my kids were delighted. Having 3 TVs available was perfect! All smart TVs and with platforms available. The complex is 100% excellent. Safe, comfortable, super clean facilities all the time, divine pools and jacuzzis, courts, lounges and perfect gazebos! The complex has state-of-the-art technology in terms of entry (biometric data), garage opening, new elevators. We'll be back! Excellent stay!
