Air conditioning (cooling) in the en-suite bedroom and living room/scullery. It is 3 km from the beach, although it is 300 meters from the sea.

Our "farmhouse" is 300 metres from the Barra Velha lagoon, which is also a beautiful place to visit!It's a mini farm on the beach 😍 Can you imagine that?The quiet and peaceful place is ideal for couples and families 🤩. In the Sossego backyard, we have a *SPA* for you to relax and enjoy the surrounding nature 🤩. There is also a swimming pool and a playground for children in the area, which is also ideal for pets😍!In about 5 minutes by car, you can reach the central beach and the city centre. There's a very well-stocked market 900 metres from the house!
