New apartment fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy a pleasant stay in Buenos Aires: Wi-Fi, LED Smart TV (includes free Netflix, no cable). Fully equipped kitchen (fridge and freezer, oven, microwave oven, electric kettle, dishes, coffee maker, etc.). Queen-size sommier with excellent quality mattress, linens and towels per person included, shampoo and soap. Large sofa bed, central heating, air conditioning hot/cold, double glazed windows with blackout curtains. Extra mattress for use on the floor. Located in a luxury tower with modern facilities: Swimming pool for children and adults, two grills with tables and chairs, beautiful garden, full laundry (washing machine and dryer), doorman, 24-hour security, and two elevators. The building's location is perfect, especially suited to tourists who come to visit Buenos Aires and the best place for this is the historic Buenos Aires neighborhood of San Telmo, where you will find tango classes everywhere, craft fairs, antique fairs, bars, cafes and restaurants typical of the city, streets adorned with old and beautiful street lamps, with a large number of visitors from all over the world. The apartment's vicinity has a wide range of cuisine and great nightlife. Easy access from the main highways, near the micro-center, banking area, Buenos Aires Government House, Casa Rosada, National Congress and courts. On the same block you will find two parking lots, a butcher shop, a grocery store, a newsstand, a bakery, and more. The building has a beautiful swimming pool, two barbecues in the garden with tables and chairs, doorman and 24-hour security, and a laundry room with a washer and dryer (these work with coins or tokens). Beautiful industrial style apartment in the heart of Boulevard Caseros

NEW building! Steps away from Lezama Park, Puerto Madero and the city's historic center. It has an X-Queen size bed that can be transformed into 2 single beds and a sofa with the possibility of accommodating a child. We have a baby crib if needed. The apartment is fully furnished with WiFi and Cable, to enjoy a beautiful stay in the city! The building has a grill area on the terrace, a beautiful outdoor pool, and a laundry room. Privileged location neighborhood, with very close access to transportation. The picturesque Boulevard Caseros is a site of great historical value and the new gastronomic center of San Telmo. The neighborhood offers period architecture, several restaurants, breweries, antique shops, museums. Lezama Park is a few meters from the apartment. A few minutes from Puerto Madero. excellent location with service from several bus lines, a 10-minute walk from the Constitución train and subway station, 4 blocks from 9 de Julio Avenue and a few blocks from Puerto Madero. You can walk to any of these points.

Lounge by the Rooftop Pool at this Modern Studio

The studio apartment is new and the decoration has been inspired by the industrial look of the building. The apartment is fully equipped, with name brand appliance, 40" Samsung TV, full size Whirlpool refrigerator, Samsung Microwave oven, Oster coffee maker, Peabody toaster, etc. There is a double bed, as well as a sofa that turns into a sofa bed (allowing for an additional person to sleep). The guests will have full access to all the amenities in the building. As a host, we will do our best to make sure your time spent in San Telmo is wonderful. San Telmo is home to a growing restaurant district, Caseros Avenida, including steakhouses – organic and vegetarian – and bars. A short walk to Downtown, La Boca, or Museo Histórico Nacional, this studio is central enough for any stay in Buenos Aires. Near Metro Bus & other bus stops. Aprox. 2 km from subway.

Excellent Studio located in the 15th floor of Quartier San Telmo building, recently painted and fully equiped, 43" Android Smart TV, WIFI speed 300MB. King size bed plus a couch that can also be used as a bed for one. Excellent view from the flat to Puerto Madero Buildings and in clear days you can see also the river. The studio has cool/heat airconditioner. The building has amazing amenities including 2 pools, living rooms and gym, 24hs security and 360 views to the city/river from floor 27th.

This incredible loft is located in the most elegant area of the historic center of San Telmo, adjacent to Parque Lezama, the National Historical Museum, and Av. Caseros Boulevard, considered the new gastronomic center of the City. An oasis in the middle of the city with many tourist attractions, close to the best universities, transportation The Editorial is a building that was originally a factory and was recently converted into a modern residential building with a European feel.
