It has two bedrooms, the master bedroom with access to the balcony, has a queen size bed, a large closet, HD 42 "TV with cable, Netflix, and A / C cold heat. The second bedroom has two single beds, a closet and A / C cold heat. The living room has an armchair, a large window, a table for 4 people that can extend up to 6 pers, a sound system (eiffel) and a cold A / C. The washing machine and standing iron with steam are located in a room for services within the department. It has an X-Queen double bed that can be transformed into 2 single beds and a sofa with the possibility of accommodating a child. We have a crib for baby in case you request it. The apartment fully furnished with WiFi and Cable, to enjoy a beautiful stay in the city! The building has sector grills on the terrace, beautiful outdoor pool and laundry. Privileged neighborhood, with very close access to means of transport. The picturesque Boulevard Caseros is a site of great historical value and the new gastronomic pole of San Telmo. The neighborhood offers period architecture, several restaurants, breweries, antique dealers, museums. Lezama Park is a few meters from the apartment. A few minutes from Puerto Madero. excellent location with service of several bus lines, 10 minutes walk from the Railway Station and Constitution subway, 4 blocks from Avda 9 de Julio and a few blocks from Puerto Madero. You can walk quietly to any of these points.
