Tem linda vista para a Serra de São José e visitas constantes de Tucanos, Jacu e Maritacas! A casa possui dois quartos com cama de casal, sendo um dos quartos uma suíte. Sala ampla com mesa de jantar, espaço da cozinha com fogão e geladeira e utensílios, e um banho social. Varanda com rede e lavandas!
