Beech Hut. Warm, cosy cabin near to the sea.

Cosy studio in garden with private entrance for 2 guests. We provide a king-size bed & separate shower-room. Outside is a private patio area. We are a few minutes walk from the village which has a variety of shops, restaurants, cafes and pubs in its high street and is situated near to the New Forest National Park. We are a short walk (10 to 15 mins) from the beach and walks in the surrounding countryside. Ideal for walkers, cyclists, birdwatchers and marine activities. We can accept one small, well behaved dog by arrangement (please text me to discuss).

A short walk through the bunny reserve and you are at the beautiful coast with a choice of sandy or pebble beach. The house is nicely decorated and well equipped inc lovely outside space. Local amenities only a 5 min walk offering shops, bakery, fishmongers, and a range of fantastic eateries. The house is well positioned for walks or cycling in the New Forest. Mudeford Quay, Hengistbury Head, Christchurch and the Isle of Wight are all within easy reach. A light, airy home in a beautiful setting.

Self contained annex over looking farmland situation in a quiet rural location close to beach and forest. 12 minutes by car to Lymington. Suitable for up to 2 adults. Well behaved dog welcome at an extra charge of £15 to cover additional cleaning. Large kitchen, bathroom (with shower) lounge and upstairs double bedroom. Enclosed private shingle area outside complete with picnic table and bbq. Also full use of the field directly opposite the annex. Please note bathroom is downstairs.

Little Ridge is a private and secluded one bedroom annexe. It benefits from it's own fenced off patio area which captures the evening sunshine. It has a kitchen, sitting and dining area, a bedroom with king size bed and shower room with heated towel rail and underfloor heating. Welcome to the dog friendly Studio We are Ideally located between the coast, which is just a 4 ,to 5 minute stroll and the New Forest approx 8 minutes drive . The Studio is a self contained private space with a kingsize zip and link bed , fully equipped kitchenette , a private bathroom with lovely walk in shower. The studio is attached to the main house , but is completely self contained with its own private entrance, Small private outside courtyard area .Parking for one car on driveway

Luxury modern detached home furnished to a high standard with a mother’s touch, in a quiet residential area 350 meters from the sea. Ideal for family holidays, wedding gatherings or special occasions. Perfect for beaches, picturesque harbours, the New Forest and restaurants. The large south-facing garden is totally child secure. I normally only accept bookings from families but will consider other groups. The minimum stay is set at 3 nights but I will also consider 2-night stays.
