Parking is free in the Villa Montane or Ford Hall garages in the summer and off season only. Valet parking is available at the Beaver Creek Lodge for a fee payable directly to the hotel. You must check in with the front desk if you will be using Valet parking. If you are not, please proceed directly to 601, do not check in at front desk. The 'Lil' Cabin

Welcome to the cozy lil cabin where you can enjoy serene water views. The main floor of the cabin features a full kitchen, living room with king sized pull out couch, washer/dryer and bathroom. The upstairs sleeping area has a queen bed on one side of the catwalk and twin on the other. Please be aware the stairs leading to the sleeping area are steep and narrow. The cabin has an open concept layout. The lil cabin is conveniently located 5 min. from two grocery stores and 30 min. to Aspen.

Riverfront Studio in Basalt, Colorado

The River Nook is located directly on the Frying Pan River and within walking distance from downtown Basalt. This cozy riverfront studio unit is approximately 160 square feet. Offering an efficiency kitchen complete with an electric two-burner stove, mini-refrigerator, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker. There is a queen-sized bed as well as a comfy chair and a small desk. This is the perfect size for one or two people who are here to enjoy all that Basalt and the Aspen area have to offer.

Hear the river at the Frying Pan Studio

Basalt's location is convenient to both ends of the Roaring Fork Valley. It is ten-minute walk along the Frying Pan River to downtown Basalt. However, transportation is recommended. We accept pets at the studio, either one large or 2 small; there is a $50 pet fee. Please let us know if you wish to bring yours. We ask that the pet be kennel if left behind while you go out. Obey Town of Basalt's leash and patrol ordinances. Drop cloths provided if they are allowed on furniture.

You’ll love our place because of the location, the outdoors space and our cozy safe neighborhood. Our rental is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and also well behaved furry friends - a $80 pet fee to be paid when making your booking please.

Our two town bikes make it easy to grab fresh provisions at Skips Market, a farm store down the street . The RFTA bus stop is downtown for easy transit to Aspen, Highlands and Snowmass ski areas and the surrounding area.
