Welcome to our Annex. Located down a restricted road it is both very safe and quiet. You will find the accommodation tastefully decorated with a comfortable bed, modern shower room and general work/dining area. The living area opens out through patio doors onto our shared garden. Ideally located for all transport links i.e. M3, A3, Main line trains to London and close to Heathrow (25 mins) and Gatwick (45mins). There is a hourly direct bus service to Heathrow (730/731 ) with the stop 200m away.

Self contained, rural cottage, 2 double bedrooms

Peaceful rural cottage situated just off the A339 with stunning views. 10 minutes by car from Basingstoke train station. The cottage is next to our house and is a cosy, well equipped place to stay for either a commuter mid week or someone wanting to escape for country walks or bicycle rides. It has a small paved terrace for admiring the view. It is within a mile of Pitt Hall Barn, also close to Oakley Hall, Highclere Castle and Newbury Racecourse to name but a few. Dogs welcome by agreement.

Close to Festival Place which includes restaurants bars and shops, train station and the Anvil & Haymarket theatre. Allocated driveway parking directly outside the front door.

My place is close to public transport (Bramley train station), the fantastic countryside of Watership Down and the Roman ruins of Silchester. Access is very direct from the M3 or M4 with Basingstoke or Reading being our local towns. You’ll love our quiet location and cosy, self contained accommodation. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers or small families (with kids). We have direct access to Pamber Forest via our rear paddocks that adjoin the property.

Located near the 16th century estate The Vyne, Highclere Castle, Bombay Sapphire Distillery, the ruins of Old Basing house, to name but a few. Great footpaths and cycle routes. We also have a 7KW EV charger.

Our spacious high ceiling one bed apartment is located on the town centre high street in walking distance of great restaurant and bars. Shopping centre, bus station and train station all within a 10 minute walk, this property offers up to 4 guests. The spiral staircase leads to the main bedroom which has an ensuite and private balcony overlooking the high street. The open plan living area with floor to ceiling windows has a sofa bed, Smart TV and dining/work space.

Large self-contained detached studio

Cliddesden is a village on the edge of the North Hampshire Downs yet close to the town of Basingstoke. Guests staying here can enjoy lovely country walks whilst still very close to the amenities of Basingstoke. Our studio is very spacious with it`s own patio and garden furniture, weather permitting. Kitchenette has limited facilities but a popular country pub is within a 5 minute walk and offers great Thai and English food. Smart TV, Ethernet and WiFi available.

Spacious 5 bedroom house full of mystery following a Cluedo theme. Choose from the bedrooms of each of the main characters when you stay with us, from the opulence of Miss Peacock, to the jungle nook of Colonel Mustard. This house is the perfect place to stay for families or larger groups wanting space, comfort, guaranteed parking for 2 cars with fast EV charging (pay via App) and fast internet connectivity. The house also has a nice rear garden with seating area.

Lovely self contained comfortable studio apartment

Our lovely studio has its own entrance and has everything that you will need for a comfortable stay. We are 10 minutes at most for most commerce centres in the basingstoke area, 2 minutes by car to the main hospital and 5 minutes from the railway station. There is an abundance of country walks for those who like the outdoors. The village has a well stocked shop and the pub is a 5 minutes walk. We are in the beautiful village of Sherborne St John
