With the log burner, comfortable beds and off-road parking this is the perfect getaway! Dogs welcome (£30 fee payable).

A veranda with 2 bbq's & seats plus lower deck overlook the river.

In the pretty hamlet of Freefolk you will find a charming secluded Shepherds hut set in 12 acres, and includes a hot tub & pizza oven, WiFi, gas hob, king size bed, sofa, dining table, toilet, shower, fridge freezer, stove, solar electricity and fire pit - it has everything you need. It overlooks our horses, sheep & chickens. A short walk will take you to the award winning Watership Down Inn & Bombay Sapphire distillery. The surrounding area boasts beautiful walks. Dogs & all Logs are free.

The cottage is next to our house and is a cosy, well equipped place to stay for either a commuter mid week or someone wanting to escape for country walks or bicycle rides. Set in 35 acres of its own land then surrounded by further farmland, there are various outbuildings mainly used for stabling . Silchester Brook meanders through the property and attracts wildlife from kingfishers and swallows to deer. There is a huge network of picturesque footpaths and cycle routes accessible from the front gate of the farm. Dogs and horses are welcome.
