Charming house Båstad-good location 6+2

Charming, partly newly renovated villa with private location on Tarravägen not more than that of Hotel Skansen in downtown Båstad with a beach, the harbor, and the walking path with restaurants. The location is high and free with wonderful views from the large terrace that is generously furnished with, among other things, sofa and parasols. BBQ grill. The property is about 3000 sqm Perfect for generational living or family with small larger children as the newly renovated guest house has two beds, shower/WC and kitchenette. Great beds everywhere.

Detached guest house with patio, garden furniture and barbecue. The entire home is about 50 sqm. Living room, kitchen area and sleeping area for 2 persons are collected in one room. Kitchen area has a stove with oven, fridge/freezer,coffee maker. Toilet with shower and washing machine. The guesthouse is located in a villa garden in a scenic area with proximity both to the city center and the sea. In the nearby area, there are many hiking and biking trails. Stay near everything, in a solid house that breathes history. Here you will meet guests, by a bright modern and tastefully renovated semi-detached house dating back to the 19th century! The exposed roof beams give an exclusive impression and breathe history, while the feeling is fresh right when you step into this unique residence! Between Båstad and Torekov you will find this holiday home with stunning views of Skälderviken and proximity to both golf courses and swimming. Also ICA store is about 1 km away from the house. The house can advantageously be used both in winter and in summer. At the front, you'll find a terrace with a stunning view. There's also a more protected patio in the back. The house has an open plan with kitchen/fireplace, among other things, relaxation corner. On floor 2 there are bedrooms as well as a cozy living room with TV.

Newly built house close to the sea

Stay comfortably in this nice home, completed in the spring of 2023. From the property you will see magically beautiful sunsets. Beach minutes away and is only reached through a small path. Two larger bedrooms with double beds as well as a smaller one with an 80-bed one that could easily be pulled out to a 160-bed. Fully equipped modern kitchen with lights and nice dining area. The home is part of a semi-detached house but very well soundproofed and with separate patios that create a proper private sphere.

Contemporary designed house in Båstad

The house is located in a quiet and rural location near the center of Båstad (car 3 min/walk 20 min). The interior is bright Scandinavian with generous areas for socializing and relaxing. The sheltered courtyard in the southwest offers several places for meals, cooking, sun and rest. The garden to the east has a large grassy area for play and games and a breakfast area. The house was designed by Mima architects and was built in 2019. It was nominated for Båstad's architecture award in 2020.

Ekbacken

Bo i vår charmiga korsvirkesstuga uppe på Hallandsåsen i pittoreska Hov, mittemellan idylliska Båstad och Torekov. Här på Ekbacken, i hjärtat av Bjärehalvön, njuter du av de vidsträckta vyerna över fälten som sträcker sig så långt ögat kan nå. Hästar, kossor och rådjur är våra närmaste grannar. Utsikten här är magisk. Stugan är uppdelad i ett sovloft med dubbelsäng och ett vardagsrum med en bäddsoffa. Här finns också ett litet, men välutrustat kök och tvättmaskin. Badrum med dusch.

Charming summerhouse in Ängalag.

Charming summer house in a rural setting in Ängalag . The house is surrounded by a generous villa garden and gives you as a guest own access to the garden with patio and terrace. Parking available right next to the house. Here you get proximity to nature, wonderful bike paths and swimming. The surroundings offer several farm shops and feel free to take a walk to nearby vineyard, nature reserves and the sea. Proximity to bus stop to Båstad, Torekov and Boarps commercial village.

Guest house with great views close to nature

Stay on a farm in 2022. Newly built stone house in a beautiful surroundings and with a great view of the landscape and sea. A unique accommodation experience with ideal conditions for tranquility, proximity to nature and all the excursions of Bjärehalvö. During 2025 we have not finished the nearest environment around the house but a terrace with outdoor furniture is available. We provide linens and towels. If you want us to take care of the final cleaning, it costs SEK 600.

Wonderful townhouse in Båstad

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your stay. This house is located in the old part of Båstad a stone's throw from the beach, marina, tennis and restaurants The house is newly renovated, a whole secluded courtyard with sea view, where there are two dining tables and chairs and sunbeds, gas grill with hot plate. There is also a furnished annex with a bunk bed two extra sleeping places.

Scenic home on the Bjäre peninsula

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful and natural home 4 km outside Båstad. High location at the end of Hallandsåsen. 800 meters to beech forest that offers lovely forest walks. There are 4 golf courses in the nearby area, by car you can reach these within max 12 minutes. There are several nice swimming spots, the nearest one takes 6 minutes by car and down to central Båstad it takes 5 minutes.
