Charming cottage in cozy Malen, in the middle of Båstad About 200m to the beach and to the shop with a quiet location. Approx: 35 sqm, kitchen/living room, 2 bedrooms and bathroom with shower. Bedroom 1: 2 single bed, bedroom 2: bunk bed (2 seats) and also sofa bed in the living room. In the kitchen there is a stove, fridge, microwave. The cottage belongs to the patio on the South side facing the street, bounded by the apple trees. Please respect that the rest of the property does not belong to the rental. Smoking not allowed.

Between Båstad and Torekov you will find this holiday home with a fantastic view of Skälderviken as well as proximity to both golf courses and swimming. Also ICA store is about 1 km from the house. The house can be used both in winter and in summer. At the front, you'll find a terrace with a stunning view. There's also a more sheltered patio in the back. The house has an open plan with, among other things, kitchen/fireplace and relaxation corner. On the 2nd floor there are bedrooms and a cozy living room with TV.

If you want to get away from driving, there are bicycles to rent. From autumn to early summer, the space can be used as student accommodation at a very greatly reduced price.

Vår stuga ligger nära fantastisk utsikt, stranden och familjevänliga aktiviteter. Du kommer att älska vårt ställe på grund av att det är lugnt och bekvämt med närhet både till hav, strand och skog. Vårt boende rymmer 2personer, det finns möjlighet till 3 personer men då bor man trångt. Det finns en säng 120cm och en bäddsoffa, toalett och dusch finns i stugan. Ni har egen del av vår trädgård med uteplats och grill. Parkering finns på vår uppfart. Det finns ett litet kök ned kyl och frysfack.

Bo i vår charmiga korsvirkesstuga uppe på Hallandsåsen i pittoreska Hov, mittemellan idylliska Båstad och Torekov. Här på Ekbacken, i hjärtat av Bjärehalvön, njuter du av de vidsträckta vyerna över fälten som sträcker sig så långt ögat kan nå. Hästar, kossor och rådjur är våra närmaste grannar. Utsikten här är magisk. Stugan är uppdelad i ett sovloft med dubbelsäng och ett vardagsrum med en bäddsoffa. Här finns också ett litet, men välutrustat kök och tvättmaskin. Badrum med dusch.

Large, spacious patio in all directions with outdoor furniture and Weber gas grill. Hiking, horseback riding and cycling trails are available in the area.
