The apartment is very bright and sunny especially in the morning with sun coming into the bedroom and living spaces. It has comfortable furnishings, a fitted kitchen with many appliances and separate bathroom and toilet. You are 5 minutes’ walk from the metro, and next to Montmartre’s restaurants, bars and shops.

Cozy Bohemian Appartement with Balcony

Tranquil and intimate appartement in one of Paris’ liveliest neighbourhoods. The space is an inspiration and „home“ to world reknown writers, painters and film makers - as well as for travellers who want to be in the heart of the city of love. With lots of light and tranquility, and a green balcony to eat, drink or read outside. The building is from the 1800th, so the five floors are to be walkded upstairs (by human power:) The « award » is being high up, far from noise and close to the sun:)

Oberkampf/Bastille/le Marais district. Lot of restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Walking distance to le Marais (20mn). Quiet, confortable and spacious as in a nice and secure building with concierge. Large living room. Semi-open kitchen with all appliances. TV. Wifi. One master bedroom queen size bed 160 cm.
