The Old Museum, Castle Combe
The Old Museum is a detached self-contained holiday home in the historic and picturesque village of Castle Combe. Situated in the lower village it is just short walk (200m) to the village centre with its pubs, cafe and restaurant. The Manor House Golf Club and Castle Combe Circuit are both within in walking distance and the footpath opposite connects up with a series of walks across the land of the Castle Combe Estate and beyond. The accommodation is designed in an open plan layout containing a bedroom area with queen size bed, living room area with a TV, sofa and log burning stove and a well-equipped kitchenette with a table and chairs. The bathroom comprises a toilet, sink, heated towel rail and walk-in shower. There are also tea and coffee making facilities and an iron and ironing board. Television service is provided via an Amazon Fire Stick with live BBC, ITV an catch up TV for many other services. The property enjoys private off-street parking, which is a rare find for the village.

It is located just a couple of minutes walk from the train/bus station on a quiet residential cul-de-sac. The High Street has several great pubs and coffee shops! On top of this we are still only a short walking distance of less than 5 minutes from Southgate and the main tourist attractions.

With lots to do within walking distance including a national trust property, two pubs and a cafe in the village, we are also very close to famous and much visited towns and city’s such as Bradford on Avon (2.6 miles) and Bath (10 miles) if you fancy a day out. A great base for cycling/ walking/ exploring Wiltshire.
