Delaware Farm Stay is a beautiful property on the outskirts of town. With a second house on the property, we could not help but share this with others. With stable access, a round yard, arena, play equipment, picnic areas and more. There are farm animals that you are welcome to feed. Quiet street where you can ride and scooter along. We also have a qualified childcare educator on site so if you're away and wanting a night out from the children message us to book in a few hours at an extra cost.

Cosy and cared for. 10-15 kilometres Bathurst, Mount Panorama (Warluu) and all of Bathurst’s major sporting fields. A BBQ on the verandah, amazing night sky.
