Splendid terrace magnificent view

Small apartment bathed in light. Confortable and snug. On the 7th (top) floor with lift/elevator. Facing south. The pretty terrace, with its magnificent view overlooking Paris, is ideal for meals and relaxation. The city's beautiful monuments can be admired at all hours of the day and night. The apartment is situated at the foot of the Sacré Coeur with the funicular railway to take you to the top of the Butte Montmartre. It is located in a small, calm, street away from the bustle of tourist activity. Owing to where it is situated this charming apartment provides further advantages : - a lively neighbourhood with many shops within 5 minutes walking distance, - three nearby metro stations, Anvers (line 2), Abbesses (line 12) et Barbes-Rochechouart (line 4), for easy and rapid access to the center of Paris, the main railway stations, and other places of interest during your visit. The apartment has just undergone complete renovation and has recently been placed on AIRBNB lists. A fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room. For convenient preparation of meals all appropriate facilities are provided (refrigerator, grill, oven, induction cooker, saucepans, kettle and other kitchen utensils). The bedroom, with its double bed (140X200 cms), will enable you to sleep comfortably and wake up in the morning to a marvelous view of the Parisian sky-line. A small, secluded balcony provides an ideal setting for your morning cup of tea or coffee. In the living room there is an extra sofa-bed (140X190 cms) for the benefit of one or tow more guests if required. There is a small, well-lit bathroom with shower and toilet. The following facilities are also provided : TV, Blue-ray player, Wi-Fi, vacuum cleaner, electric iron, wardrobe etc. There is also a launderette further down the street. We should be happy to assist in providing any further information that might be required (what to do, what to see etc). We are eager to welcome our first visitors and obtain feedback on their stay.

Spacious 2 bedroom apartment 70m2 with balcony running refurbished by an architect in the heart of the 17th between La Plaine Monceau and Batignolles. Comfortable, ideal for 4 people. 4th floor with elevator, very bright, large glass window with double glazing in all rooms. Air-conditioned living room, fully equipped American kitchen, coffee bean machine. TV and wifi. The 2 bedrooms and the large living room have a magnificent view of the prestigious Boulevard Pereire, very wooded and without vis-à-vis.

Very luminous flat, bigger than typical apartments in Paris and nicely decorated with a charming touch. Feel the Parisian vibe in a neighborhood surrounded by local markets, cafés and stores with easy access to main attractions: 5 min line 14 direct to Orly airport, 7 min line 2 & 3. Stylish apartment on pedestrian street

Welcome to my apartment in a beautiful Haussmann building, carefully designed with an architect and interior designer. Ideal for a couple and 1 or 2 children. The apartment is on the 3rd level on a pedestrian street with all the stores a foodie can dream of. Two metro lines 2 minutes away and a third one 10 minutes away make Paris and beyond very easy to access. Definitely one of the best places to stay in Paris - very nice neighborhood, well connected but not directly in crowded tourist areas

You'll love this bright Frenchy-Oriental style apartment! Spacious and with a nice ceiling height, it has a beautiful bedroom, overlooking the courtyard, with marble bathroom. Ideally located in the 17th arrondissement, within walking distance, you will be in the festive Batignolles district with its trendy restaurants and bars and enjoy the sun on a deckchair in Martin Luther King Park. The apartment is very well served (Châtelet in 10 min with the 14), perfect for visiting Paris.
