Small cozy cottage in Hemfjällstangen's cottage area with proximity to cross-country ski trails, snowmobile trails and hiking trails. To Lindvallen and Kläppens ski resorts, it is about 15 minutes' drive. The cottage is 38 m2 on a shared plot with another cottage that is also rented. The cottage accommodates: One bedroom with two single beds. A living room with kitchen, dining area, fireplace and TV corner (sofa bed that in the bedded position is 140 cm wide). The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. Bathroom with toilet and shower.

The house has a separate kitchen and living room as well as two bedrooms. The house is about three km from Höljes, where there is a grocery store and an outdoor pool. There is a short distance to several ski resorts, Branäs (about 35 minutes), Trysil and Sälen (about 50-55 minutes to Hundfjället). In addition to the house, there is also a small cottage with two beds that you can sleep in in the summer.

New beds, mattresses, duvets, pillows, etc. Branäs ski resort 7 km, Långberget cross-country skiing 12 km, Trysil ski resort 90 km, bathhouse 500 m. Fishing, scooter, cycling, skating, hiking. The house is located 20 meters from Klarälven, perfect if you want to fish. Down by the river we have a nice private barbecue area (only for your tenants). Firewood to burn is included! If you're lucky, you'll see the moose, they're often visiting 🫎

Old manor house that has been moved to Långberget with an extension. The house has a high cozy factor close to nature and hiking trails. In winter, it is very close to ski trails and a waxing shed. There are most of the amenities you could wish for. There is no Wi-Fi in the cottage but a good selection on the TV. Electric car charging is available at the hotel. You bring your own sheets and towels and consumables. You clean up after yourself and leave the cottage in the condition it was in when you arrived. Welcome
