Our apartment is located in the beautiful village of Fjällbäcken in Lindvallen. In the area, there is a swimming pool and paddle court (the pool's opening hours are June-August). Fjällbäcken is a newly built area in 2024 and our apartment is located about 250 meters from the new lift Söderåsen Express (with heated seats, etc.). From here you can reach all the slopes in Lindvallen. Most things can be found within walking distance such as Experium with adventure pool, spa, bowling, restaurants and shops. Also close to cross-country trails, hiking trails, climbing park and bike paths/trail.

Lindvallen, Sälen

Cozy cottage, 250 m from the lift, cross-country skiing and snowmobile trails. Quiet area on a cul-de-sac in one of Sälenfjällen's most sought-after areas. Please note that cleaning is not included, guests clean up after themselves! PLEASE NOTE: Sheets (bed linen) and towels are not included! Entry floor: Hall, bathroom with shower, toilet and small sauna. Bedroom 1 with double bed, Bedroom 2 with bunk bed. Living room with wood-fired fireplace. Kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, stove, dishwasher and dining table with space for 10 people. Loft floor: Double bed and 4 single beds.

The accommodation has lovely social areas where the kitchen and living room are in an open floor plan and with 7 meters to the ceiling. The fireplace creates cozy factor. 4 bedrooms, a total of 9 beds. Separate sauna with glass door out to nature and ski storage with good storage and boot warmers. Here you have all the amenities such as dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and drying cabinet. Perfect accommodation for large groups.

Warm welcome to our nice semi-detached house in top condition. Large balcony and view of nature in a new area next to Gubbmyren. Completely private. Nice cross-country trails at Gubbmyren, within walking distance. To Lindvallens ski slopes and shops, it is 3 km, there is a large Ica store, shops and restaurants. We rent only to well-behaved people. You must be over 25 years old, animal- and smoke-free. No partying. Here, the whole family can fit and can enjoy and socialize. Cost for departure cleaning will be added.

Welcome to our newly-built (2024) and comfortable apartment in Fjällbäcken. The property offers all the amenities you could need for the ski and summer season. You live in a quiet and peaceful environment where the whole family can relax and enjoy life. In the summer months, Pool & Padel are available. Here you have close to all possible activities in Lindvallen and Sälen. Everything for young and old when it comes to skiing, biking, hiking, swimming and restaurants. Cleaning included.

Ski in ski out location with lovely views of the mountains and south-facing balcony. You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Walking distance to cross-country trails, Skistar's summer activities, shops, swimming, spa and several restaurants. The apartment's parking for 2 cars is at the entrance, so you are close to carrying in your luggage. In the public parking lot outside the apartments, there are 20 charging stations (MER) for electric cars.

Lägenhet, byggd 2020, hyres ut i Lindvallen Sälen. En av norra Europas största skidorter. Bästa Ski in/Ski out läge. 30 meter från backen. Det är bara att sätta på sig skidorna och åka ut i Karinbacken. Från Karinbacken är det lätt att ta sig till Lindvallens största backe; Gustavsbacken. Städning ingår. Linnepaket finns att hyra samt uppbäddning av säng. Det går på 150kr per person (ungefär €14) och det innehåller 1st kuddöverdrag, påslakan, underlakan, stor och liten handduk.

Pool och Padelbanan är nu stängd för säsongen. I det nybyggda området Fjällbäcken Pool & Paddel är vår lägenhet belägen med omedelbar närhet till Söderåstorget. Vårt hus är närmast torget. Vid Söderåstorget har SkiStar installerat en ny 6stolssittlift (med vindskydd och värme i sitsen) som startar tvärs över vägen från oss. Så kort promenad till liften. Hem glider man enkelt! Experium med dess aktiviteter, MTB center, Cross Country Arena etc ligger även inom promenadavstånd.

Ski-in/Ski-out Lindvallen | Bastu & Pool

Modern 3:a i Lindvallen med äkta ski-in/ski-out till Söderåsen Express. Här finns allt för en smidig fjällsemester: bastu, kamin, pjäxtork, torkskåp och diskmaskin. Bo i lugna Fjällbäcken med snabbt Wi-Fi (150/150) och elbilsladdare vid dörren. Sommartid ingår tillgång till pool och padelbana 40 meter från stugan! Nära till Experiums restauranger och nöjen, men med naturen som närmsta granne. Den perfekta basen för både skidåkning och sommaräventyr. Välkomna!

Gula Byn is located in the middle of Lindvallen's lift system with the best Ski in/Ski out location! Accommodation on the lower floor, 7+2 beds, 45 m², living room with kitchen area, 2 bedrooms, 1 shower, 1 toilet, built in 1985, completely renovated in 2019. The accommodation belongs to class A with 3 stars according to Skistar's assessment (highest classification for this type of accommodation). Cleaning can be booked for SEK 795.
