It is a peaceful place yet not far from amenities. The flat is well-connected, walking 12 min walkto Stockwell Tube Station, 12 min to Clapham North Tube Station, 5 min to Wandsworth Road Overground. Supermarkets 5-10 min walking. Clapham High Street is less than 15 min walking; you can access lots of really nice pubs and restaurants.
