Holiday rentals with breakfast in Batumi Bay

We spent 12 wonderful days in the house in Makhinjauri and were very satisfied with our choice. The location of this house is simply superb — just a few minutes away from the free beach, which turned out to be incredibly clean and not crowded. It was the perfect place to relax with the family, where you could enjoy the sea and the sun without the hustle and bustle and large number of people. Unfortunately, it takes about an hour to get to Batumi, but our choice was worth it. I would especially like to note the cafe by the sea. The food is very tasty and homemade, the prices are pleasant. The house itself is very cozy and comfortable, with nice rooms suitable for the whole family. Inside there was everything essential for comfortable living. The linens and towels were clean and fresh, which added to the coziness of our stay. I want to say a special thank you to Nargiza, who helped us throughtout our stay. For example, when we got sick with the whole family - Nargiza helped with a thermometer and care)

A very nice pet-friendly house! The host was incredibly accommodating, and the garden was perfect for our dogs to roam freely. The location, while a bit outside the city, offers a peaceful escape near the sea. The place is very close to the beach! The house is best suited for summer stays, it was a bit chilly in November, but still manageable. Overall, a great choice for travellers who desire a quiet coastal retreat, especially during warmer months.

Nice place for big families and private

It is located on the 18th floor of the porta batumi tower with a view of the alphabet tower on the right and empire casino on the left..the location is simply amazing. centre from eupoe square, piazza square, 2 mins walk to old boulevard and 7-8 mins drive from the train station. overall a very good stay!

Manuk was the kindest host you can hope to meet. Super responsive if we ever had a question or (minor) issue. Stayed in his apartment for a month and absolutely loved our time there.

The apartment is spacious with good renovation, bright and cozy, nothing superfluous. Kitchen is equipped with all the needed amenities. Feels like home. There's no problem with hot water. It was convenient to sleep on the sofa, there was also a good folding bed in the apartment. The air conditioner is powerful , it will refresh the apartment very quickly, this is a big plus, because in summer it was very stuffy on the street even at night. It is 2 minutes to the sea, you just need to cross the road, there is also a promenade where you can walk in the evening. It was our first time in Batumi, we thought the location of the apartment was very good. The beach is wide, there are sunbeds, umbrellas, lifeguards, and other infrastructure. We arrived much earlier than the appointed time, called the host and we were checked in early . Overall, we were very happy.
